How long does the domiciliation contract last?
The contract is concluded for a minimum duration of 3 months according to French law, but our plans are based on a 12-month commitment (monthly or annual payment). The contract is renewable by tacit renewal.
What documents must you provide?
For contract signing: ID of the legal representative, Kbis less than 3 months old (or articles of association for a company under creation), proof of personal residence of the manager.
Is mail scanning really unlimited?
Yes. Mail reception and scanning are included in the single offer at €30 incl. tax/month, with no volume limit. Parcels are not handled.
How does forwarding work?
Forwarding is an optional paid add-on in addition to the included scanning. Three levels: Starter (on demand, €2.50 excl. tax/dispatch), Business (1×/month, €8 excl. tax/month), Premium (1×/week, €30 excl. tax/month).
Can I receive client visits at the address?
Yes, you can book an office or meeting room at a preferential rate for your client meetings. The mere presence of a client without a booking is not permitted.
What is the prefectoral approval number?
Our approval is issued by the Tarn-et-Garonne Prefecture. The number and supporting documents are provided upon contract signing.
